The hotel is such a lovely place my family and I felt like we are part of the family. All the people that work ther are so kind and helpful.. I am from new jersey and I don't speak Italian to good. Most of the people do speak English and there is no problem talking with them.
The beach is wonderful and the sea is clear and as blue as the sky. This is my second time staying at hotel. I plan to make it my summer holiday for many years to come
One of many good things about the hotel is there is no mistery of who own's the place. The owner are hand's on all day and night. They stop what they are doing making sure you are happy and if there is anything more they can do for you.
Now the food is so good you don't need to leave the hotel and search for the local food. If your are looking for a true taste of calbria you have found it here at Lido San Giuseppe.
I am not sure what the rating is on the hotel but my family and all the other guest sure would give 5 star's....me I would give it a 10 star.

Dear Family Grasso,
This year we convinced a friend to come with us on holiday and she too had a great time, inspired me to write these few lines to thank you for the warm welcome that we always get every year.
It might be an informal and relaxed atmosphere, or the pleasure of dining on the terrace under the stars, or the sheltered and peaceful position of the hotel, whatever it is every member of my large family find what they want from a seaside holiday at Lido San Giuseppe.
After so many years it's hard to say what’s best. Value for money is certainly important, but in particular I have always appreciated the management of the beach, it is well equipped, comfortable and safe, and the cleanliness of the rooms. Thanks also to the professionalism of Leonardo, the Diving Centre manager, a reliable point of reference for anyone who loves diving.

Good afternoon everyone.
We returned to everyday life after spending a fantastic week at the hotel. The best part for us was the peace and warmth that we found there, as well as the good food and the great pool ... but merit also goes on to the entertainment staff, Maurizio, Marcella, Ornella, Francesco and Fulvio, who were wonderful and made us feel at home.

Hello everyone!
We have just got back (my husband and I and our three children) from a wonderful holiday at your hotel and we miss you already!
We have been coming to Calabria on holiday for several years now, but we have never come across a place as beautiful as your hotel, with a sea that is so clean and warm, where the food was great and where we could relax in such peaceful surroundings.
Each of us has appreciated something different: my husband, the gourmet, praised the excellent food. Carolina, who is 8, remembers the great time she had with the staff of the mini-club. Paul, who is 7, misses the days spent watching the colourful fish with his mask, and Cecilia, our youngest, remembers with joy the time spent splashing in the pool in the company of other children. Finally I, the romantic one in the family, will never forget the beautiful sunsets we admired from the terrace of our room overlooking the turquoise sea, and how the sound of the waves lulled us all to sleep at night.
We thank the Grasso family, the hotel owners, and their wonderful children. We hope to return next summer, and we’ll be thinking about you over the winter!
