Is the price per person or for the room ?

The price listed is per person per day on half board. Where appropriate, the full board for a minimum stay of 7 days, costs an additional € 25.00 per person per day.
Supplements for single room - € 25.00, for a first floor balcony - €10.00 are per room per night

What are check-in and check out times?

Guests can check-in from 5pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive before that time you can still begin check-in procedures but we cannot guarantee your room until after 5pm. You must check out before 10am. It is better to pay your bill the day before departure to avoid being delayed. When paying the deposit please give the name, address, telephone number and tax code details of the person who is going to be staying at the hotel in order to facilitate the reservation process.

What happens if I have to cancel my booking?

Having to cancel a reservation or leave early is always unpleasant for both you and us. In such circumstances, please understand the need to charge 30% in the case of cancellation (equal to the deposit). This is also charged for late arrival or early departure. Unused services, especially meals, are not refundable. However, always let us know as soon as possible about any cancellation so that we can assess the situation and see if there is anything we can do.

Why do I have to leave an identity document at reception and sign the P.S. form when I check-in?

Public Security Law demands that, on arrival, a form be filled out containing the personal information of ALL guests. This is called the “Schedina di Notifica” (notification form)

What do I have to do to check-in and what documents do I need?

At reception, the hotel staff will summarize the basic details of your booking to make sure that no changes are needed. Then to register you must hand over some form of photo identification, your own and those of other people staying with you.

What do I have to do to check out?

At checkout it is likely that there are other guests waiting to perform the same operation, in which case please be patient while waiting your turn. This will enable the reception staff to do their work quickly and accurately. The night before your departure, ask for account details and specify any special requirements for payment or billing before your bill is finally printed. The room key must be returned to reception before departure.

How do I send the deposit?

The deposit must correspond to 30% of the total amount of the holiday, and we suggest you pay it by bank transfer. Details are given at the booking office.

Can I pay for the room when I arrive?

It is always better to pay the bill upon your arrival, during your stay or the day before departure thus avoiding delays on the last day.

Is it possible to arrive late at night?

If you intend to arrive after 6pm, unless indicated in the reservation, please call us at reception to let us know (tel. (0039) 0963 393037).
